Cottage roof replacement
The existing cedar shake roof had reached end of life. We engineered a new slate-look composite system that meets Newport historic district guidelines.
New copper valleys, ice-and-water shield, and balanced attic ventilation extend the assembly life without adding weight the structure cannot carry.
